1) General Non-Refund Policy

Our services are digital and irrevocable. Once any service component is delivered (e.g., content drafted, link published, or any SEO/non-SEO service rendered), it cannot be returned, and the order is non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy.

By purchasing any packages, subscription plans, wallet credits, or sponsored guest post services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

While our policy is strictly non-refundable, there may be exceptional cases where a refund may be considered. Such cases will be reviewed individually, and the decision to approve or deny a refund will be made at the sole discretion of GUESTPOSTLINKS.

2) Money-Back Guarantee (Publishing Failure Only)

If we are unable to publish an approved order on the selected publisher domain(s), you are eligible for a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees) or a credit to your GUESTPOSTLINKS Wallet – at your choice.

As an alternative, we may also propose to fulfill the order on other comparable publisher websites, or issue a Wallet credit for future use. However, the choice to accept such alternatives remains with the User, and a full refund option (minus any payment gateway fees) will always be available in these circumstances.

3) Writing Stage Cancellations

When you place an order, your payment is immediately allocated to compensate our writers for creating content for your project.

If you choose to cancel before publishing (during the article writing or review stage), you are eligible for a 50% refund.

In such cases:

  • You will still receive the drafted article.
  • You may request revisions to the draft before final delivery.
  • You are free to use the completed article elsewhere at your discretion.

4) Publishing Stage – No Refunds

Once an article has been approved for publishing and submitted to the selected publisher website(s), the order becomes non-refundable.

We cannot stop or reverse the publishing process once it has begun, and the associated costs cannot be recovered.

To avoid issues, please ensure that, before approving your article for publishing:

  • The article fully meets your requirements.
  • Your business contact details are correct.
  • Spelling and grammar are correct.
  • The keywords and anchor text you provided are used appropriately.
  • All links are functional and correct.

5) Publisher-Controlled Factors (No Refunds / No Replacements)

Certain aspects of publication are entirely controlled by the publisher and outside of our control. For this reason, no refunds or replacements will be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Content Lifespan & Availability: Some publishers may only keep posts live for a limited period (e.g., 6 months or as stated in publisher rules). Publishers may also shut down, change ownership, or redesign their websites, which may result in article removal or broken links.
  • Link Type Changes: Publishers may change link attributes (e.g., dofollow → nofollow) based on their SEO strategy, site policies, or updates from Google.
  • Indexing by Google: While most posts are indexed after publication, Google may later deindex content if it determines it is not valuable. Such deindexing is outside the control of both the publisher and GUESTPOSTLINKS.
  • Legal or Policy-Driven Removal: Publishers may remove content if they receive a legal notice or update their editorial guidelines.
  • Technical Performance: We are not responsible for publisher website uptime, availability, load speed, formatting, or third-party comments.

6) Wallet Top-Ups & Data Access

  • Wallet top-ups (minimum $25) are non-refundable once credited to your account, as they immediately unlock access to our exclusive database of 50,000+ publishers, which is digitally delivered.
  • Since publisher data cannot be “returned” once accessed, refunds for wallet top-ups are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Wallet funds are non-transferable and may only be used within your GUESTPOSTLINKS account to purchase services.
  • Wallet funds do not expire unless otherwise stated, but may be forfeited in cases of account suspension or termination due to policy violations.

7) Refund Requests & Processing Time

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the on-site Live chat or by email to [email protected], including your order number and account email.
  • Refund requests will be acknowledged and evaluated within 24 business hours.
  • If approved, processing times are as follows:
    • Credit Card Refunds: Typically 5–10 business days for funds to appear on your statement.
    • PayPal Refunds: Refunded immediately once processed (availability depends on your original payment source).
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used. We are unable to process refunds to alternative accounts.
  • Payment gateway fees and charges deducted by third-party processors are non-recoverable and will not be refunded.

8) What Is (and Isn’t) Included in a “Publish”

  • A successful “publish” means the article is accepted and made live by the selected publisher domain.
  • Unless expressly agreed in writing at the time of order, we do not guarantee:
    • Specific tags or attributes (e.g., rel=”dofollow“).
    • Placement position on the publisher site.
    • Page design, formatting, or layout.
    • Traffic volumes, SEO rankings, or search visibility outcomes.

9) Complaints & Disputes

  • If you believe that the services provided do not match the description on our website or in your confirmed order, you must notify our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  • Your complaint must include clear and verifiable evidence of the discrepancy.
  • We do not accept complaints based on unmet expectations such as traffic results, SEO ranking changes, personal preference or subjective quality concerns if the service matched the agreed order.
  • Each complaint will be reviewed individually and resolved at the sole discretion of GUESTPOSTLINKS.
  • If not resolved through support within 30 business days, disputes shall be handled in accordance with our User Agreement, under the jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming, USA.

10) Liability Cap in Refund Context

  • Where a refund is approved under this policy, the Company’s liability is strictly limited to the fees actually paid by the User for the specific disputed order.
  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost traffic, lost rankings, lost business opportunities, or reputational damage.
  • No other claims, credits, or remedies shall be available beyond the refund (or Wallet credit) explicitly approved under this policy.
