User Agreement

1. General Provisions

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between GUESTPOSTLINKS, a brand of AMRYTT MEDIA LLC and FORTUNE DIGITAL INNOVATIONS (collectively referred to as the “Company”), and any individual or entity registering or using the services of GUESTPOSTLINKS (“User”).

Company Information:

By registering an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Process

2.1 Services Offered

The Company provides guest posting and backlink placement services for search engine optimization (SEO). Services include:

  • Content creation (articles/posts with backlinks).
  • Publication on third-party publisher websites.

2.2 Workflow

  1. Deposit: Users must top up their GUESTPOSTLINKS Wallet before placing an order (minimum deposit: $25).
  2. Order Placement: User selects publishers, provides anchor text, and URLs.
  3. Content Creation: Articles are drafted by our writers or can be provided by the User, provided they meet the publisher’s guidelines. (Revisions allowed).
  4. Approval: User reviews and approves the article.
  5. Publishing: Article is published on the selected publisher website(s).

3. Payment, Invoices & Settlement

  • All services are prepaid.
  • Invoices are generated and available under the “Order History” section of the User’s account.
  • Payments may include applicable taxes and gateway fees.
  • All settlements are made in USD (unless otherwise specified).
  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once publisher data access is granted.

4. Rights and Obligations

4.1 Company Obligations

  • Ensure safe handling of User deposits in Wallet.
  • Provide access to publisher data upon wallet top-up.
  • Deliver guest post services as ordered, subject to availability.
  • Protect User data in line with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 User Obligations

  • Provide accurate order information (anchors, URLs, keywords).
  • Ensure submitted content complies with applicable laws.
  • Avoid prohibited content (illegal, defamatory, gambling, adult, misleading financial/medical claims, etc.).
  • Maintain account security and confidentiality of login credentials.

5. Refund Policy

  • General Policy: Services are digital and non-refundable once delivered.
  • Money-Back Guarantee: Refunds are only available if we are unable to publish an approved order on the selected publisher website(s). In such cases, Users are eligible for a full refund (minus gateway fees) or Wallet credit.
  • Writing Stage Cancellation: If canceled before publishing, Users may receive a 50% refund, and retain the drafted article.
  • Publishing Stage: No refunds once an article is approved and sent for publishing.
  • Publisher Responsibility: Publisher policies on content lifespan changes without notice (e.g., posts live for 6 months, site shutdowns, domain changes, or legal issues) are beyond our control. We do not guarantee the duration of link placement, and no refunds or replacements will be provided in such cases.
  • Link Type Changes: Publishers may change link attributes (e.g., dofollow to nofollow) due to Google algorithm updates or their internal SEO policies. Such changes are beyond our control, and we do not provide refunds or replacements in these cases.
  • Link Type & Index Changes: Publishers may change link attributes (e.g., dofollow to nofollow) or remove indexing of content, either manually or due to Google algorithm updates. Such changes are beyond our control, and we do not provide refunds or replacements in these cases. In addition, while posts are often indexed by Google after publication, Google may later deindex them if it determines the content is not valuable. Such deindexing is outside the control of both the publisher and the Company, and in these cases no refunds or replacements will be provided.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Users must first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting [email protected].
  • If not resolved within 30 business days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, USA.
  • Both parties agree to personal jurisdiction in that location.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

  • Services are provided on an “AS IS” basis with no guarantees of SEO performance or rankings.
  • The Company is not responsible for third-party publisher actions, site shutdowns, content removal, link type changes, index changes, or legal takedowns.
  • The Company’s total liability is strictly limited to the fees actually paid by the User for the specific disputed order giving rise to the claim, and not to any other orders, indirect losses, or consequential damages.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims arising from misuse of services, unlawful content, or third-party disputes.

8. Termination

  • Accounts may be terminated for violation of this Agreement.
  • Wallet funds for pending orders may be withheld if related to prohibited content.
  • Users may close accounts at any time by contacting support.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
